About Don Rotanz:
Don graduated from Pennridge High School in 1982 and later went to Montgomery County Community College. He has been investing in Bucks and Montgomery Counties for over 20 years. Since 1986, he has been actively involved in purchasing, renting and rehabbing homes. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of the Diversified Real Estate Investor Group. He has been married for over 23 years and has two children who go to Central Bucks Schools.
